Studio 707 was born on the back deck of our home—house number 707—where my wife and I raised our young son. It began as a deeply personal project, rooted in my desire to stay close to my family and not miss a single moment of my son’s early years. At the same time, it became a much-needed creative outlet during the intense, high-pressure days of running a construction company.
Just footsteps away from my wife and son, I found calm and purpose in working with my hands—transforming raw steel, weathered barn wood, and forms of concrete into one-of-a-kind signature pieces of furniture. What started as a form of release quickly became a passion, a philosophy, and
ultimately, a studio.
